Marlon Marshall
Founder
Marlon Marshall Sr. is the co-founder of B.R.A.V.E.458, a community based initiative whose focus is providing outreach services too the unsheltered homeless, mentoring/coaching youth, and assisting single parents. Though a native of Washington, DC, his family relocated to the Alexandria, VA area; later graduating from the Fairfax County Public School system. With a passion for film, in September 2011, Marlon enrolled in the University of Boston majoring in Film/Digital Programming, and graduated June 2013 with a degree in his major. Marlon is a certified life coach as well as a basketball coach. He also became an author in 2019 Co-writing the book A Couple Minutes Of Your Time with his wife Lisa Marshall. Marlon has over 16 years in Telecommunications and outreach through Brave458 for the past thirteen years. He currently resides in Woodbridge, VA with his family.

Lisa Marshall

Lisa Marshall is the co-founder of BRAVE458,a community based initiative whose focus is providing outreach services to people in need. She was born and raised in Washington, DC, attending DC Public Schools. Upon graduation from high school, Lisa attended and graduated from the University of the District of Columbia (UDC) where she obtained a Bachelors of Liberal Arts Degree in Journalism (Print Media) in May 1992. In addition to BRAVE458, Lisa has been employed for over 30 years in the Federal Government. Lisa is an aspiring Life Coach with a specific concentration area as a “Women’s Spiritual Life Coach”, with certification soon to be completed. Currently, Lisa resides in Prince William County, VA with her husband Marlon, and she is the proud parent to three wonderful children, Brierra, Marlon, Jr and McKenzye. She’s affectionately known as “Mom” to her son-in-law, and “Mimi” to her beautiful granddaughters Kennedy and Taylor.
